Key Advantages

  • Hungarian-bred table grape variety.
  • Very early ripening.
  • Attractive golden-yellow berries.
  • Distinctive Muscat flavour.
  • Crisp, juicy flesh with thin skin.
  • High and reliable productivity.
  • Good transportability.

Growing Characteristics

Kozma Pálné Muskotály is a medium-vigour and productive variety that benefits from fertile soil and careful canopy management. Its dense foliage requires regular green pruning to ensure good air circulation and fruit quality. Frost tolerance is moderate, and resistance to bunch rot is average.

Because the grapes ripen very early and can lose some of their characteristic flavour when left overripe, harvesting at the right time is recommended.
