Delivery Information

Grape Empire delivers live grapevine plants to selected European Union countries using GLS home delivery.

We currently deliver to:

• Austria
• Croatia
• Czech Republic
• Romania
• Slovakia
• Slovenia

Delivery through grape-empire.com is currently not available to Hungary or to countries not listed above.

Shipping Cost

The shipping fee is:

€17.10 per order

The shipping fee is the same for all currently supported destination countries.

The final shipping cost and total amount payable are clearly displayed during checkout before the order is placed.

Delivery Method

All orders are delivered directly to the shipping address provided by the Customer using GLS home delivery.

Delivery to GLS ParcelShops, parcel lockers or other collection points is currently not available through our online store.

Please make sure that your name, shipping address, email address and telephone number are entered correctly when placing your order. These details may be required by GLS to arrange and complete the delivery.

Dispatch and Delivery Times

As our products are living grapevine plants, we carefully plan dispatch to minimise the amount of time the plants spend in transit.

Orders are prepared and dispatched as soon as reasonably possible. Whenever possible, we dispatch orders at the beginning of the working week to reduce the risk of parcels remaining in transit over a weekend.

For this reason, we do not guarantee a fixed dispatch date immediately after an order is placed.

Once an order has been handed over to GLS, the estimated delivery times are:

Romania, Croatia, Slovakia and Slovenia:
1–2 business days

Austria and Czech Republic:
2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, seasonal demand, transport disruptions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipment Notifications

Where available, GLS may provide shipment notifications and tracking information directly to the Customer using the contact details provided during checkout.

For this reason, please ensure that your email address and telephone number are correct.

Payment Methods

Available payment methods depend on the delivery country.

Romania, Croatia, Slovakia and Slovenia

Customers can pay using:

• Online card payment
• Cash on Delivery (COD)

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is made in connection with the delivery of the parcel.

Austria and Czech Republic

Orders can be paid for by:

• Online card payment

Cash on Delivery is not available for orders delivered to Austria or the Czech Republic.

The available payment methods for the selected delivery country will be displayed during checkout before the order is placed.

Currency

Product prices and shipping charges on grape-empire.com are displayed in euros (EUR).

For online card payments, the amount payable is charged according to the payment information displayed during checkout.

For Cash on Delivery orders in Romania, Croatia, Slovakia and Slovenia, the amount due may be collected in EUR or in a supported local currency, depending on the services available through GLS in the destination country.

Where payment is collected in a local currency, the applicable amount may be converted in accordance with the conditions applicable to the delivery and Cash on Delivery service.

The applicable payment information will be displayed during checkout and/or communicated in connection with delivery.

Receiving Your Order

Because grapevines are living plants, we recommend accepting and opening the parcel as soon as possible after delivery.

Please remove the plants from their packaging promptly and follow appropriate storage, watering and planting practices.

If the parcel or plants arrive visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 24 hours of delivery at:

Please include your order number and photographs showing the affected plant(s) and packaging so that we can investigate the issue.

The 24-hour notification request helps us investigate possible transport damage quickly and does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

Grape Empire cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery attempts resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer, without prejudice to any rights the Customer may have under applicable law.
