Product Description
Réka is a Hungarian-bred table grape variety, developed from a cross between Alicante di Firenze and Pirovano 17. It is particularly valued for its large attractive clusters, dark blue berries, pleasant flavour and high productivity.

Ripening time: Medium-late, generally ripening in the second half of September.
Berry: Large, oval, attractive dark blue with a heavy natural bloom.
Cluster: Medium to large, attractive and well suited for fresh-market presentation.
Flavour: Pleasant, harmonious and juicy.

Use: Excellent for fresh consumption.

Growing Characteristics
Réka is a vigorous and productive variety that performs best in a warm, sunny and protected location. It responds well to good water and nutrient supply and is also suitable for pergola training.
Because its buds are relatively sensitive to severe winter frost, a protected planting site is recommended. Balanced pruning and regular canopy management help produce large, attractive clusters and high-quality fruit.
