Beere Large, slightly elongated, developing a beautiful amber-yellow colour, sometimes with a light rusty blush on the sunny side.
Cluster Medium to large, conical or shouldered and relatively loose.
Geschmack Sweet, juicy and crisp, with a pleasant Muskataroma.
Samen Seeded.
Use: Excellent for fresh consumption.

Key Advantages

  • Traditional Hungarian-bred table grape.
  • Early ripening.
  • Large and attractive amber-yellow berries.
  • Pleasant Muscat flavour.
  • Crisp and juicy flesh.
  • Good and reliable productivity.
  • Tolerates dry conditions relatively well.

Wachstumseigenschaften

Queen of the Vineyards performs best in a sunny, warm and protected location. It is productive and can also develop secondary clusters, but balanced pruning and crop management are recommended for the best fruit quality.

The variety is sensitive to winter frost and can be susceptible to berry cracking and bunch rot in wet conditions, so good air circulation and regular plant protection are recommended.

Ennél tehát az angol terméknévben nem hagynám meg a „Szőlőskertek királynője” nevet, mert van bevett nemzetközi neve: Queen of the Vineyards (illetve Muscat Queen of the Vineyards néven is találkozni vele).
