Piszánka is a distinctive early-ripening table grape variety that is attracting increasing attention for its exceptionally decorative berries and excellent flavour. Its name comes from the traditional Ukrainian decorated Easter egg, the pysanka, as the berries develop a striking marbled pink-red blush as they ripen. Its large, oval berries are crisp, juicy and pleasantly sweet, making the variety particularly well suited for fresh consumption.
