Julian is one of the most popular early-ripening table grape varieties, renowned for its exceptionally large clusters, enormous pink berries and excellent flavour. It is a vigorous and highly productive variety that, under favourable conditions, can be harvested as early as the beginning of August. Thanks to its outstanding marketable appearance, it is highly valued by both home gardeners and commercial growers.

Main Characteristics

Ripening time: Very early, generally ready for harvest from early August.
Berry: Very large, elongated-oval, with an attractive pink to amber-pink colour.
Seeds: Contains 1–2 seeds.
Cluster: Large, conical and moderately loose, typically weighing 800–1500 g, and under favourable conditions may reach up to 2 kg.
Flavour: Harmoniously sweet, with crisp flesh and a subtle Muscat aroma.
Use: Excellent for fresh consumption.
