Product Description
Kismis Moldavszkij is a well-known seedless table grape variety, highly valued for its excellent productivity, pleasant flavour and outstanding storage qualities. Its oval berries develop from dark purple to a deep violet-black colour as they ripen. The flesh is crisp, juicy and high in sugar, with a subtle Muscat aroma.
Main Characteristics
Ripening time: Medium-late, generally ready for harvest in the first to second half of September.
Berry: Medium to large, oval and dark purple to black.
Seeds: Seedless (Class III seedlessness), although small seed traces may occasionally be present.
Cluster: Large, conical or cylindrical-conical and moderately compact, typically weighing 500–1000 g.
Flavour: Sweet and harmonious, with a subtle Muscat aroma.
Use: Excellent for fresh consumption, making raisins and desserts.
